Exercising 60 mins a day playing Squash can help you burn 93,610 calories a year which is a lot more compared to running on a treadmill. So jump on board with our Programs where a workout does not actually feel like work. We mostly do all the hard work planning, matching up and creating draws all you'll have to do is show up and have fun!
Private Coaching: If you want to learn some basics in technique, match strategy or just a general one on one session, you can arrange for some private coaching. Please talk to the staff and they can point you in the right direction.
Group Fitness, Fun and flexibility: We open at 10.00 am every Sunday for a fun workout session. This concentrates mostly on movement around the court and general fitness and strengthening.
Group Coaching: Perfect for people who are starting out and want to improve to have even more fun. Also great if the Kids do other sport on a Saturday but would also like to learn how to play squash.
Squash Girls Can: Ladies, this one is for you (Guys you're more than welcome as well). Every Tuesday morning we have a group session for coaching and fitness. If you've just wanted to learn how to play squash and experience the fitness aspect of the game come along at 9.30 am. The intermediate class starts at 10.30 am which is aimed more for the squash player who wants to improve and learn correct technique.
